Sundiata Peoples

Sundiata’s passion for community organization and equity has led her to pursue a master’s degree in social work at Appalachian State University. She plans to pursue a career in nonprofit management and policy administration after completing her master’s degree. Sundiata has volunteered with various non-profits that provide accessible health care, food assistance, and housing. 

Sundiata was born and raised in North Carolina. She spends her free time listening to music, practicing yoga, and playing with her two dogs.
