Sabrina Golling

Sabrina Golling is a Program Manager for MDC’s Rural Forward program. She joined Rural Forward as a Partnership Manager in June of 2021, after serving as a graduate intern with the team since May of 2020. She acts as principal for Edgecombe and Nash Counties, providing technical assistance and capacity-building support for rural organizations, coalitions, communities, and leaders. 

Sabrina has a background in program evaluation, nonprofit management, and community-engaged research. She has experience as a nonprofit leader for a crisis/suicide prevention hotline and in research at the intersection of criminal justice and mental health. 

Sabrina’s values led her to complete her Master’s of Social Work in 2021 with a focus on Community, Management, and Policy Practice after attaining her Bachelor’s in Psychology & Communication Studies, both from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She currently lives in Raleigh, NC.
