Jordanne Arace is a senior at UNC Chapel Hill, majoring in public policy with double minors in philosophy, politics, and economics, and conflict management. She is from Greensboro, NC, where she graduated from the AP Capstone Academy at Western Guilford High School and discovered her passion for research through projects on women’s rights and healthcare access for disadvantaged groups in North Carolina.
After graduation, she plans to teach English abroad before pursuing a master’s degree. Ultimately, she aims to build a career in education policy, focusing on gender and socioeconomic inequality within the American education system.
Outside of academics, she loves spending time with her cat Roger, reviewing restaurants on her food blog, and collaging.
