Carolyn D’Amelio

Carolyn has been with MDC for over 15 years, serving in a variety of finance and accounting roles. Carolyn currently oversees the entire finance function, including several projects which span multiple years and/or have regranting components. During her time with MDC, she has worked on programs as large as 7 figures with an eye for implementing and executing effective financial controls.  Carolyn is the primary contact with MDC’s external auditors and has received unmodified opinions each year she has led the audit.

Before coming to MDC, Carolyn held accounting and senior accounting positions with both large corporations and small, privately held businesses, including 13 years working in accounting for John Hancock Financial Services.  She holds a BSBA in Accounting from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
